Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition Drills and Sparring – Live resistance positional drills and free sparring. Tailored for competition.
Luta Livre (Nogi/Submission Grappling) – Grappling in shorts and tshirt without the grips of the heavy uniform.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) – training that incorporates techniques from various martial arts disciplines, including striking and grappling, fought both standing and on the ground.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Open Class – Self guided learning. With the instructors guidance take your training in the direction that YOU want it to go.
Open Mat – Self guided drills and sparring. This time is without formal instruction
Muay Thai Kickboxing – Technique and padwork based kickboxing class. Sparring not required.
Yoga for BJJ – Dynamic yoga session. Suitable for all levels and abilities whether you train BJJ or not.
